Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. We will review your medical and dental history and perform a comprehensive periodontal and oral examination.
During this visit, we make sure to gather all of the necessary diagnostic information to develop a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your dental needs. This will help us assess your condition as well as provide a forum for discussing your needs. We strive to provide all of our new patients with a thoughtful, humanizing experience that leads to an intelligent course of treatment and a beautiful smile.
Please assist us at the time of your first visit to our office by providing the following information:
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Your dental insurance card, if insured
Please arrive approximately ten minutes prior to your consultation so we can verify any information. A parent or guardian must accompany patients under 18 to this consultation appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances do come up and make it impossible to keep your reservation. If you could please notify us at least 2 working days in advance, that is greatly appreciated. We will be glad to reschedule the appointment to help meet your personal needs.
