Scheduling

Our office serves patients by appointment Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and some Fridays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.  Please allow approximately (90) minutes for your initial visit.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

If any unforeseen or emergency circumstances make it impossible for you to make a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least two (2) full working days in advance.  We will reschedule your appointment to help meet your personal needs.  Until then, we look forward to meeting you and helping you meet your oral healthcare needs.

Our goal is to absolutely minimize any idle wait time while you are in our office.  We recognize that your time is extremely valuable and we ask that you help us to maintain a timely schedule by arriving for your appointment at least 10 minutes early to permit completion of any necessary information gathering.  Special unexpected needs of our existing patients as well as referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.
