Dr. Thomas specializes in Periodontics with services in Dental Implants and Oral Medicine. Our practice specializes in conservative as well as reconstructive treatments for gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. We also diagnose and treat oral lesions or conditions noted by patients and their dentists.
Our practice focuses on the team approach to dentistry, wherein we work closely with your dentist, and possibly other dental specialists, to bring you the highest possible level of dentistry and enhance your overall care and experience. Our goal is to be the regional premier provider of unmatched quality in the delivery of periodontal, dental implant, reconstructive, and cosmetic treatments perpetuated primarily by unparalleled service to our patients.
We are also committed to education and continuing education. On a yearly basis we routinely attend and participate in 100-200 hours of continuing education. We are also committed to sharing our knowledge and experiences with other dental specialists, dentists, and the public in the form of lectures and programs. Dr. Thomas is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Department of Periodontology in the School of Dentistry at UNC – Chapel Hill and lectures locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Our commitment to education focuses on both personal and professional growth which results in providing patients with the most predictable and current proven strategies in the delivery of our services.
