Dental Benefit (Insurance) Information

Medicare

Medicare does not provide coverage for most dental care services.  For this reason we have a contract with Medicare that allows us to provide proper treatment to patients without being subject to Medicare limitations. To do so, the Medicare law requires we “opt out” of Medicare and that no Medicare claim be filed (by patient or dentist) for services rendered in our office.  You are fully responsible for payment of services.

Private & Group Dental Benefit Plans (Insurance)

As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we will gladly submit necessary claim forms, receipts, and other information to your insurance company.  This will ensure prompt reimbursement of all monies paid by your insurance program directly to you.  However, please note that on the actual day of your appointment you are fully responsible for payment of all services rendered.  Any benefits paid by your insurance company will be sent directly to you as we do not accept the assignment of insurance benefits. We do offer different payment options in order to accommodate your needs and these can be discussed at your initial visit if you desire.
